Hey, I'm Georgina and I work with parents of autistic children, providing specialist coaching support across the diagnostic journey and beyond.
My approach is neuro-affirming and person-centred, I believe each child should be seen in their uniqueness in order to promote well-being and positive autistic identity. My work is grounded in research, lived experience and extensive qualifications in the field of neurodiversity.I help parents tend to their own emotional needs and regulation as they navigate this parenting journey. This entails supporting them in understanding their child's needs in a way that feels affirming while developing the confidence to advocate effectively for their family.

⭐️ Experiencing a loss of purpose and identity as you navigate this journey._What I Offer:I offer 1:1 coaching and group parent training for parents of autistic children, within a neuro-affirming, person-centred space.My work is for parents who feel overwhelmed and under-supported, and who are looking for guidance on how to best support their child.Together we explore what it means to parent differently, helping you reconnect with your own intuition so you can raise your child in a way that feels compassionate, considered and right for your family.
_Qualifications:A qualified coach with over 10 years experience in emotional wellbeing and stress management, with BACP counselling L2&3 (2023-2025), **PG Cert Autism **(2025) and Masters in Autism, qualified Cothu practitioner and Parent Trainer (2026) and Somatics Trauma Therapy (2022).
